Moosey-Moose Is Ready to Paint!

Hi,

Look at what I bought!

Yup, the paints to paint my birdhouse. I took Grace's suggestion and bought red, white, and blue. It's going to look super cool!

The weather is supposed to be sunny on Saturday so I'm going to wait until then to start painting. Plus, Sleepy Bear said I should change my sweater into something I won't mind getting dirty with paint. Maybe he's right.

Well, check back soon and watch me paint my birdhouse.

Bye,

Moosey-Moose

Moosey-Moose And His Bird House

Hi,

Today I got two messages about what color I should paint my bird house. One person said red and Grace said I should paint part of it blue and part of it red and put an American flag on it. I really like both of these ideas. I guess red is a popular color for bird houses.

I'll shop for red paint this weekend. Oh, and a flag!

Moosey-Moose Builds a Bird House - Again

Hi,

Remember a couple weeks ago I was trying to make a bird house? Well, I'm still at it.

I have all the pieces I need. I even made the hole for the birds to go in the front.

It's very tricky putting the pieces together. You have to be very careful about using the tools. This is me using a Phillips screwdriver. That's the one that has a criss-cross shape. Did you know it is named after the man who helped to invent it? His name was Henry Phillips.

Finally! My birdhouse is finished!! Well almost.

I still need to paint it. But it's late now. It took me a long time to put this together. I'll have to buy some paint next weekend. What color should I paint it? Should I use different colors or all one color? What do you think?
I'm going to go check on my bird feeder.
Bye for now,

Moosey-Moose Answers His Mail

Hi Friends,

I have a lot of mail to answer. I've been enjoying the sunshine instead of writing. But here I am.

I've been trying to decide what is my favorite color. I think it's blue. I wanted to wear my blue t-shirt yesterday but I can't find it. Sleepy Bear says I need to organize my stuff.

My favorite friend is Sleepy Bear. We don't always get along but he's a good friend to have. He makes me hot chocolate when it's cold outside.

I really liked the movie THE TWO BROTHERS. But I'll have to tell you more about the movie later. It's time for me to go eat breakfast now. I'm having Moose-Munch!! My favorite.

Oh! One last thing. I want to go on an adventure again, but I'm not sure where to go or what to do. So I need to start planning.

Bye for now,

Moosey-Moose

Moosey-Moose and Sleepy Bear Watch a Movie

Hi Movie Friends,

Sleepy Bear and I are going to watch a movie at home. We have a thousand to choose from. I wanted to watch SHARK TALES but Sleepy Bear said it would be too scary. He wanted to watch THE TWO BROTHERS. I thought that would be boring.

So we decided to flip a coin! I called tales and Sleepy Bear called heads. Guess who won.

Yup! Sleepy Bear. Not my lucky day. Oh well. Maybe next time.
The best part about watching a movie anyway is eating all the popcorn and drinking soda.
The movie is about the start. Gotta go!

Moosey-Moose Builds a Bird House

Hi Friends,

Wow! This is so cool! I found some boards, some nails, a hammer, and some other tools in the garage. I'm going to build a new bird house. Sleepy Bear told me that in a couple of months birds are going to come back from their trip south and they'll want to build nests when then get here. I'd better work fast!

Now, where did I put that other piece of wood...?

Bye for now,
