It's lunch time!!!
Here in New Orleans there is a famous sandwich called a Po-Boy. It all started in 1929 when there was a strike by the people who operated the streetcars. Restaurants fed the men who were picketing. People would say, "Here comes another po-boy," and give him a sandwich. This food item became famous! Crawfish is like shrimp and people in New Orleans love crawfish!
