Where In Portland is Moosey-Moose?

Hi Traveling Friends,

I finally arrived in Portland! It took me 3 whole hours.

Where should I go first? I can travel from west to east.

Or, I can travel from the east side of town to the west side of town. Hmmmm... One direction will take me to Powell's, the really huge bookstore. The other direction will take me to the water and cool sightseeing stuff.

Where to go first??
